• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes approximately 7 days from the date of dispatch to arrive at your US destination.

• Shipping Costs: We offer standard shipping on all US orders. Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Order Tracking: Once your Pellusso fur-cut or Penny Lane coat has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your door.

• Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our 7-day delivery window, unexpected carrier delays or high-volume seasonal periods may occasionally impact delivery times. Pellusso is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs, but we are always here to help you track down your package.
