Our garments follow standard American luxury sizing (US 2 to 18). Because outerwear like our iconic Pennylane Coats and Fox Fur Jackets are often layered over eveningwear or cashmere, we recommend ordering your true US size for a classic silhouette. Tailored, made-to-measure fittings are also available upon request.
Always hang your coat on the broad-shouldered Pellusso cedar hanger provided in a cool, dark wardrobe. Avoid plastic garment bags. During spring and summer months, we strongly recommend professional cold storage (maintained at 45°F and 50% humidity) to preserve the natural oils and prevent pelt drying.
We provide complimentary FedEx Express Insured Shipping on all US orders. In-stock pieces arrive within 5–7 business days. Signature required upon delivery is mandatory for security. Made-to-order and custom Swaraka or Mink garments typically take 10–14 business days from crafting to handoff.
We offer a 14-day luxury trial period. If your garment does not fit perfectly, contact our Concierge for a complimentary insured return pickup. Items must be unworn, in original condition with security tags attached, and inside original packaging. Made-to-measure orders are final sale.
