Refund policy

We want you to feel as incredible in your Pellusso coat as you look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

• Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

• Exchanges: Need a different size or style? We gladly accept exchanges within the 30-day window, subject to item availability.

• How to Start a Return/Exchange: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@pellusso.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and the necessary return shipping details.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items or goods marked down heavily during promotional events (if explicitly stated at purchase) are not eligible for return or exchange.
